What type of information we collect
We collect two types of data and information from our users.
The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a user(s), which may be made available or gathered via the user’s use of the Services (“Non-Personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the user from which the Non-Personal Information was collected. Information Collected via our Platform: Depending on your device, our platform software may request certain permissions that allow it to access your device data. By default, you must grant these permissions before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, you can revoke it at any time and it is your responsibility to monitor/adjust them in accordance with your preferences. Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of our Platform.
Information Automatically Collected: We may collect log data and usage information relating to your use of our products and services.

We do not collect payment card information. If you make an online payment using a payment card, such as a credit card or debit card, you are connected directly to our online payment processing service provider and your payment card information is collected and processed by that service provider.

Such de-identified information is non-Personal Information, and you agree that our use and disclosure of such de-identified information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy Policy, and we may disclose it to others without limitation and for any purpose, including selling this information.
You may refuse to disclose certain information, but please bear in mind this may result in preventing you from using the Site and Services to some extent, and in some cases may result in your inability to use the Site and Services.
How we use the information we collect

With whom we share the information we collect
We do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may transfer or disclose Personal Information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, subcontractors, or such other trusted third-party service providers or partners, who are located in different jurisdictions across the world, for the purpose of: (a) storing or processing such information on our behalf (e.g. on cloud computing services) or to assist us with our business operations, to authenticate your access and to provide and improve our Services; (b) performing research, technical diagnostics, analytics or for statistical purposes; (c) our own marketing, in accordance with our marketing policy.

We will not, under any circumstances, sell, transfer, or provide access to your Personal Information to a third party which is unrelated to the provision of our Services for any reason which is not contained in the paragraphs above.
Third-party collection of information
Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties via our Services (e.g. by clicking on a link to any other website or location) or via other sites throughout the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them.
You agree that we shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to such third-party sites and services and your usage of them.
User’s rights and retention

For Australian Users: Under the Privacy Act 1988, Australian users have rights to access and amend their Personal Information under APPs 12 and 13 as well as to make complaints to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner concerning any apprehended breaches of the APPs. Consequently, you may also contact us at any time to request such access or amendment or to raise a complaint about the handling of your information in the way outlined above.
Please note that while you may withdraw your consent to some use or disclosure of your Personal Information at any time, this may result in your being prevented from using the Site and Services to some extent, and in some cases may result in your inability to use the Site and Services altogether.
We will retain your Personal Information for the duration required to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. This may include retaining the Personal Information of past users in case they return to the Services. Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing emails we may still need to send you communications about your use of our products and services, or other matters.
Information security
We have implemented physical, organisational, contractual and technological security measures with a view to protecting your personal information and other information from loss or theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We have taken steps to ensure that the only personnel who are granted access to your personal information are those with a business ‘need-to-know’ or whose duties reasonably require such information.
Despite the measures outlined above, no method of information transmission or information storage is 100% secure or error-free, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any information that you provided to us has been compromised), please contact us immediately using the contact information in the “Contact Us” section below. If we learn of a security breach involving your personal information, we will inform you and the relevant authorities of the occurrence of the breach as required under applicable law.
Minors
Pursuant to the relevant laws and regulations in the place of purchase of our products and services, if you are a minor, before using the relevant products or services, you must obtain the consent from your parents or legal guardians. If you are the minor’s parent or guardian you should read this Privacy Policy carefully before you assist the minor with registration or usage of our products or services. We treat anyone under the age of 18 years old (or equivalent minimum age for full legal capacity in the relevant jurisdiction) as a minor.

If the local law has additional regulations on the age of minors, the local law shall prevail.
International transfer and storage of information

Updates or amendments to the Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, in our sole discretion, and the most current version will always be posted on our Site (as reflected in the “Last Revised” heading). For existing users, amendments to this Privacy Policy will take effect at the earlier of: (a) 30 days after you have received notice of the amendments (for example, at your nominated email address or via the Platform), or (b) your continued use of the Site, Platform, Services or product, or (c) on being prompted, your acceptance of the amendments.
